Development privacy information

Your data, in plain language.

Website consultation requests

This website describes the Android app and accepts optional consultancy enquiries. It has no consumer calculator, mobile setup or user login. If you request a consultation, you enter a name and phone number, with optional email and message, and explicitly agree to contact. The form does not read Android profiles or earlier browser calculator data. A request ID prevents duplicate retries; a successful submission returns confirmation only.

The service stores your submitted contact details, consent time, source and call status in PostgreSQL. Authorized administrators and telecallers can read them. Telecallers can change call status only; administrators can delete an enquiry and its status history. There is no consultation price or response-time promise.

Android app data

The Android Numerology Calculator keeps calculations and saved profiles on your device. Optional profile phone information is separate from website enquiries and is not uploaded. Android mobile setup asks for country, number, preferred contact language, privacy acknowledgement and optional consultancy contact consent. The number is unverified: there is no OTP, phone ownership check or number-based recovery. Only a consented mobile signup appears in the staff lead queue.

Android stores the mobile contact and random installation credential encrypted with an Android Keystore key. The existing HTTPS API supports setup, retry and deletion when configured. The current release build has no production service origin, so online submission remains pending until one is configured.

Staff access

Only administrators and telecallers sign in on this website using email and password. The service stores staff emails, roles, password hashes, expiring session hashes and temporary rate-limit counters. Staff sessions expire after eight hours. Admins create telecaller credentials; telecallers cannot create staff or edit lead contact details. User email signup and login are disabled, and legacy user sessions are rejected. Staff email ownership is not verified and emailed recovery is unavailable.

Earlier website data

The website previously offered a browser calculator and mobile setup. Those pages are closed. If you used them, you can remove data from this browser here. Android app data is managed separately in the app.

This control needs the same browser and its original private cookie. If you no longer have it, contact the site operator through the published privacy channel once available. Separate consultation enquiries require a separate removal request.

Retention and deletion

An administrator can delete a separate consultancy enquiry and its status history. Android mobile contact deletion removes the number, contact choices and its signup lead; a hashed installation credential and deletion generation remain to reject delayed submissions. Clearing app data or uninstalling does not delete a contact already submitted to the service. Delete it in the app before clearing data. Website and Android consultancy enquiries require separate deletion.

Public launch requires an approved retention period, operator contact and deletion-request channel. The previous website calculator stored profiles in browser site data; the control above removes those earlier records from this browser. It cannot remove data from another browser or device.

Usage analytics

Firebase website analytics is optional and starts only after you choose Allow analytics in a build configured with a Firebase web app. When configured, the choice controls appear on this page. It is separate from consultation contact consent. We do not add names, dates, phone numbers, readings, lead details or staff activity to analytics events. No Firebase Analytics Android SDK is active in the current Android release build.

Local development status

This preview runs locally. Firebase website analytics remains inactive without a configured Firebase web app and your opt-in. Reviewed public privacy/support records, production hosting and an operator contact are required before public launch. The Android app is not yet published on Google Play.
